Chez les malades co-infect\u00e9s VIH-VHC, on constate qu\u2019il existe :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>une augmentation de la charge virale du VHC, autrement dit de la quantit\u00e9 de virus de l\u2019h\u00e9patite C pr\u00e9sente dans le sang ;<\/li>\n<li>une augmentation de la s\u00e9v\u00e9rit\u00e9 des l\u00e9sions au niveau du foie et de la vitesse de propagation de la fibrose.
